I own 178 S.9th St, garbage was not collected on entire block. Our scheduled pickup is Monday and Thursday nights. Today is Friday and considered a holiday? Does this holiday include Thursday night? No one was notified. So now, does the garbage remain the entire weekend until next Monday night? Now we will have a breed of rodents, unacceptable!
