Does this building have the potential to become a Daycare for the City Workers children? Loading dock could have new rubber stoppers/bumpers for their food deliveries. Windows are an easy fix and the right company would be acknowledged for contributing. Property would need to be inspected for lead, and especially powerwashed off before repainted with the updated lead cover paint. The youth center across the way could post jobs up for the youths to have first opportunity for employment with worker permits signed off by pediatricians(2pages understanding the terms,then dated and signed by guardian, youth and Dr.)and taught by professionals that could promote their businesses by showing they reach out to the communities. Youths could have childcare credits issued through the school systems under their programs toward their graduating credits for such program. Woodshops could make safe toys. etc.

There's so much trash around the area and much of it ends up in the river that runs by that dumpster. It never changes. Best thing is to move away from here and leave the city to the people who enjoy living in a slum.

I saw a crew cleaning a few days ago. I see that place once a week and that was the first time they were cleaning. It’s not a 1 and done! It needs to be maintained weekly. Thank YOU for your attention to it.
