Traffic light for a left turn onto Irving from Golf Course. The light is One minute and 37 seconds! A lot of times you are waiting and there is no traffic on Irving. Can't this light timing be shortened so that traffic flows consistently instead of stop, wait (and wait) then go? I've seen people run the left turn red light to keep from waiting the minute and half. Thank you!
