Description

the pedestrian signal on the northeast corner of the intersection of Columbia Rd nw & Ontario Rd nw is not securely mounted. Every few weeks it swivels clockwise so that it can't be seen by pedestrians approaching Ontario Road from the west. Every time the city has fixed this problem over the past 10 (that's ten) years, it recurs within a couple od weeks. I would like to know why the signal can't be permanently secured.
