I actually see this island-wide. Particularly at Lovgreen and Madison, often at Valley and Madison as well. Perhaps we need a community-wide effort to get the word out.

At this particular intersection, the east-west drivers don't ignore the stop sign that much. It is primarily the north-south drivers.
