I work at PFT. I park in a concrete parking lot that is crumbling. There are weeds/trees growing on rooftops. Sheared off pipes jut from the walls.The entire site has a soviet era "Chernobyl" look and feel to it. And worst of all, the traffic light exiting the main gate towards Morton Blvd stays green for 3 seconds - literally, you can count 1000 one, 1000 two, 1000 three and it goes yellow/red, and the red lasts five minutes. Go ahead, drive thru the site and see it with your own eyes. And Tech City has big signs for "Space Available". If I were a business owner touring the site, I would drive away screaming.
