The driver for the recycle truck does the SAME THING every week; he puts the cans down uneven on the ground and the can falls over sideways. On my street he usually leaves every one not standing. Someone needs to tell this employee to SLOW DOWN just a little bit and he can prevent this. Today he managed to spill paper waste from three different cans and it blew all over the yards.
