Thank you for reporting this issue. We have forwarded this the parks maintenance division that repairs issues in our parks. We will report here when they give a time estimate for the repair of the fountain.

We checked with the Parks Department and they told us that during these last few months of very cold weather, they typically turned off the water foutains at the parks to keep from having water leaks or broken pipes. The fountains will be turned back on within the next week or so as the temperatures warm up. Thank you for taking the time to report this issue.
