A. The city's water line in the easement behind the house house at 10602 has been leaking water since early January. it was reported to the city at that time. No action has been taken to date. The leak continues to flow, is getting worse and now the back yard at 10602 Willowisp is inundated and water is undermining the house foundation and getting into the garage.
