The sidewalk on the south side of 10th street is being taken over by the overgrown and under trimmed trees and bushes of this condo community. As you can clearly see in the picture, the growth is caught pedestrians to walk on only a small portion of the sidewalk, often having to cross into the street if more than 2 people are walking in their direction. Trimming them vertically instead of diagonally would allow for proper flow of foot traffic in this choke point area.
