There were actually 2 oaks at that location. They were planted in 1991. The second one was closer to the end of the median

Update from Stormwater:

The Foreperson has determined that we will be replacing the tree. As of 3/9/2021, we are currently in the process of locating the materials needed to install the Burlap Oak tree. Once this process if finished, a work order will be issued to a crew to install the tree.
