The owner of this apartment building installed a driveway for renters to park on. But the sidewalk the residents drive over has become badly dented and cracked. The owner needs to install a proper curb and repair the damage the cars have done to a public sidewalk. The entrance to the driveway is on Jefferson St. adjacent to the building. It is a hazard to a blind woman living in the neighborhood who takes frequent walks as well as others.
