orange street in between 3rd and 4th Ave is an absolute mess. people come here daily and dump garbage on the sidewalks and streets, street cleaning never passes because no one ever cares and always park on the street so the machine can never pass. last week your guys came out and only cleaned a portion of the area and left the rest looking exactly how you see in the pictures attached.
