I live on North Union Street. I always expect to see lots of garbage in the street this time of year when the snow melts but I have noticed it’s particularly bad at 108 North Union street. They leave their recycling out all the time. When the wind blows it blows all down the street. If you drive by now you will see how bad it is. I feel like I live in the slums.
