It is 2:30 am and the driving bass at CAPITAL VIP / CLYMAXX is still going strong. My neighbors (Mordecai and Oakwood) and I have made numerous calls to Raleigh PD tonight to no avail. This is a regular occurrence on Thursday through Saturday nights and something needs to change.
What do we need to do to get this nuisance club dealt with?

It is currently 12:48 am on Saturday, March 2nd. This nuisance club is as even louder this weekend. NOTHING has been done.
A quick check of our neighborhood message board shows that neighbors two miles from the club can are being bothered at 1 in the morning.
Something needs to be done. Actually done.
