there is already a case open. Owner called me today and states it will be cleaned up by Monday. If not it will be going to warrant and the City will clean it.

The owner is a liar, he has been playing the system for years, he knows what to say to buy time, some of it has been picked up and placed on top of already overflowing bins, the county will not touch them, they may empty two at the most on Tuesday, the rest will still be there along with another mess starting in no time. Absolutely reprehensible.
