The tree stump(s) have been removed. Your request is being referred to our Street Tree Replacement Program. Street tree replacements occur in the spring or the fall of the year. This helps promote growth of the new tree. The County is governed by the State of Maryland Forestry Division and as such, we have to go by the State approved trees to plant.
