City Staff inspected the site on 02-25-14. At our site visit we noted tree limbs along the road and parking area(s). We checked the creek and storm pipes at Wood Trail and noted no blockage. We did contact the apartment corporate office on 02-26-2014 of the complaint as well as notified them to not to pile it in or near the drainage ditches, creeks, or pipes, as this could block the flow and cause flooding.
