Cars going into Center City from Kelly Drive (southeast direction on Kelly Dr) run the first red light (there are two in a row) here daily, almost hitting cyclists and pedestrians crossing from Kelly Drive to Fairmount Ave at the crosswalk. Even when pedestrians have the right of way due to the crosswalk sign being in their favor, motorists (particularly during the morning rush) continue to create dangerous conditions. There is a sign indicating cars should stop at the first light (before the crosswalk) but it is not very noticeable. Better, more obvious signage would be helpful.
