I will often during the day walk my dog along Wilbur where it's safe on the side but I'm often seeing cars speeding excessively down the whole stretch of Wilbur. at 11pm I'll hear cars speeding up and down that road. It's unsafe and seems to be frequented by people using it as a race track and I'd like to suggest that speed bumps be installed.
