how is it that an institution can spend $500 million every single year on new construction... and not afford a few bike racks? does Yale have a transportation office?
$100,000 per each new car parking space in all their parking garages, and they can't afford a few hundred bike racks around campus so that people can get there without a car?
I thought Pres Levin was trying to be GREEN????
