Since this one family home was renovated and turned into a rooming house, rented to uncaring folks partying at all hours of the day and night traffic commotion young folks visiting, drinking, loud noise, fighting, urinating on the premise outside, bottles, trash, furniture, chairs, disturbing the peace and not adhering to the pandemic not caring about their neighbors. The owner is an out of state owner does he or she care? Has this rooming house been approved by the Zoning Commission. Are they old enough to drink and who knows what else they and all their friends do...they have lookouts disgusting...
