Description

This property has been vacant for sometime. It’s $8000 delinquent in taxes, nobody lives in the house and it’s falling apart. Kids are going in and out of the house thru the back at all hours. The house is not secure. It looks terrible, it’s on a main entrance to the neighborhood and something needs to be done
