Due to the Covid 19 outbreak and funding issues, sidewalk slab replacements are addressed within 9-12 months of being reported. We are working diligently to narrow this timeline and appreciate your patience while we address these locations during these unusual times. A work order has been issued for this complaint and assigned to the appropriate crew under WAM # 2129546

The report was made for a pot hole in the road. The reply is for sidewalk repair. I think there is some confusion.

Thank you for your comment. I don't have an explanation for the sidewalk comment but I did check the work order. It is written up for a pothole and assigned to the asphalt crew. Sorry for the confusion.
