Coming home today I noticed the speed limit on Colemont was changed to 25 mph. This is good but doesn't do much when drivers don't obey it. With our front door open, we noticed traffic as usual -- no change, no slowing down. Excessive speeders still. What good is it to change the speed limit if there isn't monitoring and enforcement.
