I don't know why this service request is closed because no one came and fixed my roll cart. The roll cart still has a missing axle nut and metal rod. I left the roll cart out on the days requested and nothing was fixed, how can this request be closed when nothing was done? Can someone just fix or replace my roll cart.

Well, my cart was curbside all day on 4/30/21 and was not fixed. I have done my part. I guess I'll continue to leave it out all day on my trash days until it gets repaired or breaks completely and I will need a new cart.

The cart technicians had a heavy volume on Friday. It has been rescheduled for 5-7-21.
