  Since I’ve had no response to this matter, I tried calling the Borough Topographical contact. No response. My home is the dead end of Perine Ave. & if the property at “229 a Perine” has an accident or fire, FDNY and NYPD wouldn’t have access. According to the picture you see, they’d technically have to break through my fence and yard seen in the photo. When they (229 Cromwell Ave) tore down an old garage which was similar to a building collapse (not joking), I was fearful that someone may get hurt. This lot needs to be named/ changed to 229a Cromwell Ave. It’s a future large garage, with a construction type property (all construction materials are thrown there). They are going to build a garage- I have paperwork that proves this. A neighbor also stated that they are putting up a 5-car garage. No construction barricade has been up. The entire property goes all the way back from 229 Cromwell Ave. My yard runs parallel to them. Again, Perine Ave was supposed to only be with “Henry Court Assoc, Inc” our HOA. Our HOA pays separate taxes besides the individual R.E. Taxes of each home. This is wrong on many levels.
