Have filed a complaint with FCC about AT&T refusal to add fiber optic lines in the area they consider financially depressed. But I find it odd we can have AT&T home phomes, basic dsl, and wireless service from them but not UVerse. We can even get cable (those who have lines) from Time Warner but we can't get a complete UVerse service. I wonder how we pay for the services we have but cant afford the bundled ones from AT&T?
