**NOTE THIS ADDRESS SEEMS TO BE RECEIVING SPECIAL TREATMENT FROM THE CITY AS PRIOR SEE-CLICK-FIX COMPLAINTS HAVE BEEN MYSTERIOUSLY DELETED...**
More removals of possibly protected/grand/signature trees. Owner has removed/significantly cut 3 very tall and old trees that were on the property for decades. Were tree-related permits, tree removal applications filed? Called city and was told certified arborist should be involved or does that not apply anymore? Trees appeared to be healthy. What's the story now?

The city wants investors to come in and build new homes so they will let them get away with it. Or the fine they implement is so tiny compared to the profit margin of their project that it means nothing to the company involved. The city has allowed an abandoned home on the corner of 42nd Ave and 21st St to lay there unattended to but since no investor has come to snatch it, they’re just letting it rot.

Very upsetting. Nothing helps no matter who it gets reported to. Videos and pictures i provided and reported homeless kind coming right in my yard, working girls doing buisness, she flicked finger for my camera. I keep reporting with pictures and videos. Nothing else my husband and i can do.I have children and things out control. Really sad. Stay Blessed

People keep complaining about this house but I still see the trees standing and I watched them knock it down and the house was empty when they did. People need to pay more attention when making these remarks.

Same negative "Wendy" leaving beautive comments. Complete nonsense and i pray for this "Wendy" to find humbleness. Exactly why things dont get better or taken seriously anymore. Taking my husband and i off this nonsense. There is a right and wrong way go about things. Stay Blessed Good Luck

Well "Wendy" or "Karen" or whomever, the trees are indeed being cut down and apparently the builder convinced the city that no permits are required. I'd like to see how this was justified and what report was issued to allow it. Seems to me that not enough is being done around here to preserve the character of this neighborhood.Just tear down and replace with cookie-cutter houses with as little trees and ground covering as possible.Go figure!

I don’t believe in cutting down the trees that are in good health and can be preserved at all cost. I will say though, at least investors are coming in to clean up the homes that are in disrepair and putting up clean residences that will improve property value all around. I do wish they could preserve more natural beauty when considering their architecture.
