I'd like to request one or two or possibly more automated speed monitoring systems for North Avenue. They could be permanent or on loan from another area. Speeding is a major concern for all of us and I find these digital speed reminders very helpful . They show the current speed as you pass them, which should make us all more aware when we need to slow it down. The bike season is on us and nowhere is that more evident that the north end of Burlington with bikes and pedestrians crossing the avenue and side streets. If there is a cost, I am willing to start a campaign to defer that with grant applications. I hope this will be considered soon. Thank you.
