The entire top of the street is filled with holes in the earth. Every day I drive down the street, my car takes a beating. YOU CAN NOT AVOID THEM. I'd imagine that a lot of funds are being used for the construction going on near the bridge, but the rest of the city is suffering. I've had to replace 2 tires already this season thanks to the off road adventures of driving in Fall River.
