Can't add photo because the Debris, which is a couch, is in the center divide, and resides on the roadway bridge over the railroad tracks, more on the south lane side. There is no place to pull over to take a picture!
The couch has been there for more than 2 weeks and not one county worker has passed and made an effort to remove it? Really?
