Description

Our neighbors all have caps on their pipes and the pipes are much shorter. Ours have been like this since our units were build in 1994. We were the first units built and they were never finished properly. We would like to have them cut shorter and have caps put on. We are at 239 and 241 Redrock Drive (formerly 161 Austin Drive #155 and #154.
