We need a left turn signal on the overpass. I and a great deal of others have a huge problem trying to turn left on to S. Terrace. Just the other morning I waited through four green light changes and finally someone let me turn. That's not the only morning I've had trouble... a few times I've sat at the light for over twenty minutes. With construction and extra traffic this makes it difficult to turn to get to work on time or to the hospital on spring creek rd.
