This may be a long shot, but during rush hour, this intersection is a huge hassle to get through. The turning light on white bear ave, going south, that signals a left turn onto minnehaha, does not work most of the time including multiple cars in the same turning lane. If at all possible, one side of minnehaha needs to turn green at a time and not at the same time since the light is green for a short period of time, or turning light needs to be installed to make the traffic flow a lot better.
