Hi, I am worried about how busy Norfolk Ave, a residential street, has gotten with fast moving, unsafe, loud thru traffic, especially with children riding bikes, playing, and walking from the elementary school here. I believe Essex St should be the preferred route for thru traffic. Is there a possibility to, at the least, install raised crosswalks, speed bumps, and/or stop signs (at Stetson)? Thank you.
