Q. Please describe the issue
A. There is a house on the corner of Greenpoint and Mandalay Road that has a red Challenger who's driver speeds down the road with a loud exhaust. Someone I know has been cut off by this guy blowing out onto James Street - no thoughts to anyone but himself. Also, these guys have dirt bikes that sometimes speed down the road and have torn up the park at the end of the street. Resident's are getting tired of this. Can something be done?
