This is NOT at a water lid. It is a line of pavement that is pushing up along the joint with the concrete. If you want I will take a picture and send it to you. When I hit it on my motorcycle it is like hitting a speed bump. There are no water valves in the area. It is the exact same situation that you fixed on the southbound lanes. It appears the pavement there was grinded down to make it flush with the concrete. Please do the same on the north bound lanes, particularly in the far right hand lane, just before the street on the north side of the gas station.
