Bartlett Street is checked regularly for vehicles with non-passenger plates as well as vehicles that do not display a valid residential permit or visitor pass. Vehicles with non passenger plates under 10,000 lbs and registered to Malden are eligible for a permit that would allow them to park on the street overnight. There are a few commercial vehicles who do have that permit on this street. As far as the vehicles overhanging driveway please call the parking department or post the specific vehicle in question that is impeding your driveway access. We do not want to ticket someone who may be blocking their own driveway.
