also heading east on rainbow this morning 4-2-14 2640 i had a car passing cars on lower rainbow in a no passing zone doing atleast 50-60 mph AT APROX 640 AM

a variety of times. We will do our best to work on this problem to bring violators in accordance with the law.

Noticed a very pro-active officer pulling over several cars on wed 4-2-14 - thanks so much !! wish there were more like that !!

Daily -??? not at the times speeders are coing through , i see cops at 9 am and sometimes at lunch - never early morning or evenings weekdays

Rainbow Rd is an acknowledged area where vehicles traveling fast is a daily problem. The Windsor Police Department will continue to address this issue as well as other problems that need addressing throughout the town of Windsor. would feel more comfortable with suggestions in a open forum - plus i am not a police officer so my knowledge of what would need to be done would be about zero - maybe spped bumps or stop sighs? it seems to be a bit slower with the rough pavement on upper rainbow and east granby rd ??
