    Trash pickup before authorized hours...at 5:45 this morning, a large, very loud, JRM truck came up Woodland Rd and picked up tv's. Are they permitted to be out collecting at that hour? The trick was so loud it woke up our entire house.

    Recycling rules not followed by JRM-I just watched my recycling get picked up, and despite the fact that it was very carefully sorted according to the new rules, JRM dumped everything into one section of the truck! Why are residents required to sort if it all gets commingled in the truck?

    Cars are almost always parked on Woodland right at the corner of Glenwood, so close to Glenwood that it makes it unsafe turning onto both streets. This issue was raised at the mayor's safety meeting in March, and residents were told that the city us aware of parking issues at this intersection and that it would be addressed, but cars continue to park at these corners. Please enforce the parking rules and install signs "No Parking Here to Corner" so residents and visitors are aware of parking restrictions.

    I am begging you to put a speed bump, a strip, or something at this intersection to help ensure cars stop at the stop signs. About once a week, during morning and evening commute times, I see a car fly right through the signs without slowing down, let alone stopping. This morning, I was very close to bring sandwiched between 2 pickup trucks that both went through the signs on Clifton without stopping. This is both an MBTA and a school bus stop, and there have been accidents here in the past. Something needs to be done before a tragedy occurs.

    This section of Summer always seems to have water running down, but it's now all ice/snow/slush. The road needs to be treated, and the cause of the water in the street needs to be addressed. Thank you.

    There are yard waste bags all over the neighborhood that were out in time for last week's pickup, but the yard waste truck didn't come around. Woodland Rd and Hawthorne St definitely were missed, but probably others as well.

    This 4 way stop has always been a problem with cars not coming to a stop, but it seems to be getting bad again. This corner is a school bus stop, an MBTA stop, and a walking route for many school kids. A few days ago, I saw a car travelling west on Clifton fly right through the stop sign, about 35 mph, without even a hint of slowing down. I think that many streets around here, including Clifton and Glenwood are in dire need of speed bumps or something that will force drivers to slow down. I asked repeatedly for some police presence at this corner when the school bus is there, but never saw anything.

    There was road work done on Woodland Rd today, and some of the dug up areas have cones to warn drivers of the rocks and holes, but many others have no cones. Can cones please be put up so drivers have visibility to the big holes in the road?

    I'm curious as to what this substance is all over Woodland Rd. I'm assuming it has something to do with Natl Grid's work. It appeared all over the street today. I'd like to know what we're tracking in the house and walking around. What is its affect on pets and small children who walk in the street?

    National Grid is tearing up our street, and using the land RIGHT next to my driveway as their dumping ground. We've been tolerating this for weeks already, but now they're blocking my driveway. Street parking supposedly isn't allowed while they're doing this work, and now I'm not supposed to use my driveway either? They need to allow me room to safely maneuver my family to and from our house. I will also address this with NG, but I'm hoping the city can help as well. Thank you

    All the traffic lights along Highland are out, and there isn't an officer in sight at any of the intersections. Kids are trying to walk to school, and it's extremely dangerous. I called the police and was told they wouldn't be sending anyone to any of the intersections, even to Eastern Ave. Completely unacceptable. Kids are at risk, but apparently the city doesn't consider that to be a priority. The crossing guards are helpless because traffic isn't stopping for them.
