I observed a Caddy's attendant tell two moms and a child who were on their blanket about 5 feet south of the no alcohol sign they had to move off of Caddy's property I then noticed the Caddy’s trash can ball toss game and some advertising signs clearly blocking the public right of way I know the previous owner tried making that his private property and fortunately was denied Hopefully Caddy's isn't allowed to use that public right of way Terrible neighbor dumping nasty kitchen grease in the street and blocking streets with all their paid parking

STOP sign has been hit and turned. I’ve seen several trucks fail to stop, apparently not seeing the sign.

Metal Fastener on the south end of the yellow mid-point in the crosswalk at 99th Ave is sticking up an inch or so I tripped on it but no serious injury It may only need to be hammered down but I thought you should be aware so it can be correctly fixed before there is an injury with someone Thanks very much

Pedestrian crosswalk at 99th Ave and Gulf Blvd. Crossing request button on west side of road was not operational tonight, appears to be stuck.

Broken at ground level yellow PVC pipe "CAUTION GAS PIPELINE" with I believe an electrical wire going underground, apparently broken by the parking lot prep crew. I called 811 to let them know but they said it was the wrong #, they only handled digging requests. I told her that had already been done and I would notify CTI. May not be an issue but I wanted you to be aware. Thanks!

On the south side of 99th Avenue and west of 1st St E there are low tree branches obstructing the eastbound lane. Today I observed two vehicles almost colliding while both were trying to use the other half of the street and avoid those limbs. Is that something the City can trim? Thanks very much.
