Add grass / seed / sod. Water drain off

Sunken stormwater drain / cracked / deep “pit” opening. dangerous to people on foot or bike, too.

Stormwater drain cover sunken / deep cracks in sidewalk.

Cut back vegetation from sidewalk.

Man made pothole created a few days ago by DeKalb Water. Saw their crew out here breaking up the pavement. Very dangerous, especially for persons on bikes or motorcycles. In the eastbound / south side of the road

Overgrown Leyland Cypresses extending well over & into sidewalk. On north / east side

Stormwater drain cement fixture is 2+ inches higher than sidewalk. Extreme trip hazard.

Utility box on ground open & exposed

2 blocks / pieces of sidewalk are raised and higher by about 1+ inch on either side. Trip hazard.

Overgrown shrubs protruding into sidewalk space - especially at the point where the stormwater drain is. Need to cut back 2-ft

Loose and unsecured roll of utility wires on the ground at utility pole.

Fill in recessed sidewalk edge along top of stormwater drain cover. It is 1+ inch higher than the sidewalk and a trip danger.

Edge, clear debris and cut back grass several inches from the outside (north) edge along sidewalk.

Utility line down and running along the ground for 200-ft alongside of the sidewalk on the north side of Mt. Vernon

Flashing “Stop” sign destroyed / ran over. Flashing sign is lying in the roadway shoulder on the north side of Dunwoody Drive about 150 feet west of the Jett Ferry intersection.
