    DESCRIPTION
    In front of the house 147 Sycamore St there is a collapsing sinking street drain getting worse. A cone was put over it, and nothing was done about it. It was closed, I'm reopening this, it is not fixed.

    This burned house has been broken into and inhabited by unsavory, menacing characters. It's also next door to a children's play area at the Y. Those of us who live nearby now have new seriously scary neighbors who aren't people inhabiting reality. I called the police previously while people were in the house and they don't do anything about people breaking in. Maybe the board of health can take action to get this place torn down or properly secured? The only reason this house caught fire in the first place was someone who wasn't supposed to be in the neighboring house setting a fire to stay warm that got out of control. In that situation the person was reported numerous times as well. What are the chances we will have yet another fire when it dips into the 20s this week? Hopefully someone does something this time. Thanks.

    I would like to know why the 90 gal trash containers were purchased without the public notification? I have a big issue with this. I am a senior citizen and I live alone. I have difficulty walking and storing, using the new trash containers. The containers are heavy and bulky. I DO NOT want this huge container especially when I have mostly one trash bag. I would like the trash container picked up and replaced with a smaller container. If you cannot provide with smaller containers I will buy one at my own cost.

    There is a very mangy fox that has been living on or around Valley Heights for the last 2 weeks. It is getting bolder and more desperate for food. It is small, very thin, tan in color, and has very large ears and a very thin tail. It barely resembles a fox at this point.
