I am filing this report to address an urgent safety concern regarding unauthorized construction activities at my neighbor’s property, located at 1615 83rd Ave, Oakland CA 94621. They are currently performing significant construction work in their basement without an apparent permit. Notably, the work includes handling electrical systems, which raises serious concerns about potential fire hazards due to non-compliance with safety regulations. The construction is also causing excessive noise disturbances. Immediate attention to this matter is crucial to ensure community safety and adherence to building codes.

The owners of this house keep dumping out appliances into the sidewalk blocking the sidewalk. This keeps happening over and over. They have dumped out living room tables outside.

in the middle divider of the address provided(7717 Bancroft Ave, Oakland, CA 94605) from 77th Ave to Ritchie St on Bancroft Ave, the middle divider has scattered trash , black trash bags, a grey trash can that is sealed with a black trash bag, this is scattered between 77th ave and Ritchie St on Bancroft Ave middle divider

There is spray paint, trash and a crumbling building facade that is not properly boarded up. People rip the unsecured boards off the building front to get in since they began illegal construction and halted after a complaint. There is trash, and it’s a blight to anyone that sees it

There is construction debri, trash piles and abandoned kitchen appliances

next to the address provided(2456 78th Ave, Oakland Ca 94605)on the corner of 78th ave and Bancroft Ave, a Dryer Machine was dumped along with black bags of garbish, further down on Bancroft Ave -between 78th Ave and Ritchie Street, there is a broken toilet seat and car seats dumped and also broken furniture pieces and other trash that where dumped scattered on Bancroft Ave between 78th Ave and Ritchie St. This trash was dumped on the sidewalk , the kids going to school, elderlys and general public have to get off the sidewalk on to the street to go around the trash, very dangerous due to the traffic along the bancroft ave that is heavy and wreckless.Pedestrians are at risk of getting hit by a car.

the lot on 73rd ave and Bancroft Ave next to address provided (7306 Bancroft Ave Oakland, CA 94605) is full of trash, broken furniture, all kinds of debries accumulated by a group of people that live in the parked vehicles infront of this lot and the address provided on Bancroft Ave, there is an abandoned white pickup that has been sitting there for weeks and is been used as storage for trash - this is a public open space that has turned in to a dump site attraction for rodents and fire hazard to nearby homes since a fire is lit every morning by the individuals that are currently occupying this space. The sidewalk on from 74th Ave to 73rd Ave on Bancroft Ave can not be used by pedestrians anymore due to the excessive debries that are blocking the sidewalk and are also sitting on the street partially. The individuals that live in this cars have either mental problems or are dealing with addiction to drugs, etc. creating chaos and hazardous conditions to the surrounding neighbors

This vehicle has been parked at this location on the edge of Estuary Park for several days. This area will be in heavy use for an event on Sunday 4/28 and this vehicle may present an impediment to pedestrian or vehicular traffic. Can a city official request that the person(s) in the vehicle move it?

There is an RV parking adjacent to the sidewalk near the Jack London Aquatic Center parking lot entrance. This sidewalk will be in heavy use Sunday 4/28 for an event at JLAC and the presence of the RV may present a conflict. Can a city official request that the person(s) in the vehicle move it?

Multi-unit home purchased in December 2023. Front yard and sidewalk have not been properly maintained and are overgrown.

Screen is broken on the meter.I even put my card i to try to pay for the space but still got a ticket.
