    Nearly every morning by ~7am someone scatters bird seeds all along the fence in front of this multi-unit building. I haven't seen a rodent scurrying from there recently, but this is one of the large attractants that the city has been trying to deter.

    Brick sidewalk has been removed for trees that DPW was notified months ago were not wanted by the homeowner and residents, yet yesterday the sidewalk areas were dug up. The sidewalk is otherwise NOT level and easily transited by the residents of 25 Arlington Street. I was informed months ago, by telephone and email, when the markings were first made that NO TREES would be placed in the street without our consent. No consent has been given, in fact we made clear that we did not want trees place on the uneven sidewalk. Yet this unwelcome action was taken yesterday, without any notice. I left an urgent message on DPW voicemail yesterday midday as soon as I learned of this action, and have hear nothing back. Please repair and replace the even more dangerous condition immediately, confirming receipt of this message and my call yesterday. 617-905-6793

    Slide has been cracked for months. There are sharp pieces jutting out. Kids are starting to move the caution sign and just climb up.

    Rope bridge has snapped. A child punctured their hand on the exposed wire.

    While biking, I was hit by an e-bike at Inman square due to faulty signals. The crosswalk from Hampshire Street across Cambridge street (going towards Inman pharmacy) has a green pedestrian+bike light that OVERLAPS with the green bicycle light allowing cyclists to continue north up Cambridge street from that intersection. This clearly is a disaster waiting to happen – and it might have when I was almost hit AGAIN when crossing at that same pedestrian light, this time on foot, but checked both ways before proceeding and seeing a cyclist coming right towards me. However, they were in the right, and as was I, as we BOTH HAD GREEN LIGHTS simultaneously. Extremely hazardous, especially at such a busy intersection. Please remedy this before someone else has to pay $100 to get their bike fixed or worse.

    The cement side walk has risen due to tree. I witnessed an elderly person almost fall due to the defect. Could someone come and shave down the concrete, this is a public hazard and someone can get seriously hurt.

    This bike rack was presumable taken out. It would be great if it was replaced with another rack or something was set right out in front of Formaggio Kitchen. Customers have been locking their bikes across the street and dodging cars in order get back over. Please help out Formaggio Kitchen get another rack. The previous request was from several years ago and nothing yet. Thanks so much for any help you can provide.
