    We need a stop sign here to slow down the cars. This is a busy street with lots of kids/families that live in the area as well as shopping at the Target complex, and cars are flying down 5th street and often will not yield to pedestrians. I've had quite a few close calls since I've lived in the Alameda Landing and would really appreciate a stop sign.

    Every block of the commercial strip on Webster is full of double parked vehicles blocking the bike lane. Need full enforcement for a few months until people get the message. Or redo as a parking protected bikelane - this is non usable as is. :(

    The 1st 3 trees on Maitland near the south corner of Island and Maitland need to have the sucker branch growth cut off at the base of those trees. They impede pedestrian traffic and blocks view of drivers turning right onto Maitland driving north on Island. Also blocks view of Xing guard(s) on school days from seeing approaching student bike/ped traffic and all traffic coming up Maitland to intersection at Island. Thanks.

    There is an advertisement sign for Shanvi Market bungee corded to the stop light on the corner on Santa Clara & Broadway. It is a blatant hazard! It blows around blocking the visibility of both the stop lights & street sign on the corner and has blown over into the street in the wind on multiple occasions, this morning it blew over and nearly hit me! This can’t be acceptable. It looks incredibly tacky and is a hazard for both pedestrians and vehicles. This has been reported multiple times and yet NOTHING has been done!? This sign is dangerous and needs to be removed immediately, before someone gets really hurt or someone’s windshield gets broken by it.

    Garbage and recycling have been residing on the sidewalk, rather than the corral for several months. The sidewalk is obstructed. Litter migrates to the ground and down the street. This photo is not from a trash pick up day.
