I told her to call Animal Control and she refused. She said that she used to deal with them when the City had control but now that they have given it to Liberty Humane Society she has had only bad dealings with them. She said 1. they are always nasty when she speaks to them, and 2. they told her they never answer calls the day they come in.
She said last time she dealt with them they told her to also have a neighbor call to report the abuse and to take a video so that they would know it was a real call.
Resident said she would not call Animal Control because if their policy was to not go the day they were called it would be a waste of time for her and the poor dog.
