Large pothole on side of the road.

Coyote spotted in area by several residents. I saw it crossing the street into the cemetery. Others have spotted it in the wooded area behind Northside Hospital.

Standing water on both sides of the crosswalk across S Fort Harrison due to improper grading of roadway.

When FDOT was completing road improvements on Gandy Blvd they pushed back the left turn lane that went into Tortuga Pointe Apartments (when a vehicle is headed eastbound on Gandy). Because of this, the turn lane no longer aligns with the entrance to the complex and many vehicles are now driving the wrong way on Gandy Blvd (driving eastbound on the westbound side of the road) in order to enter the complex from the turn. This maneuver is very dangerous and I've witnessed several close calls between vehicles. FDOT should look at this turn again to determine what can be done to make it safer (with signage, etc.) or to fix the turn's alignment with the road.

Signal Timing

When exiting Itopia Residences from southbound Waterford onto westbound North Frontage Road, there is a stop sign that hinders the flow of traffic. This section of road has been reconfigured from it's old orientation and now includes a semi-protected merge lane. It might improve traffic flow if that stop sign were replaced with a yield sign instead.

Red light in left lane (not the turn lane) when headed southbound on 4th street (just after going under the flyover) is out.

This issue has not been resolved. I contacted FDOT as well as the project manager for this dangerous intersection and received zero response. When coming off of the frontage road onto Gandy Blvd N (eastbound), if a person is attempting to make a left hand turn onto Oak St NE, they must dangerously cross several lanes on Gandy Blvd N in a VERY short distance. This sightlines are not great for this and I've almost been hit several times when cars are darting across 3 lanes to get into the turn lane.

Street floods every time it there is moderate to heavy rains. Vehicles are unable to pass through the high waters.

Noticed the mosquitos have gotten really bad lately at my complex.
