Depression in the road on 41 st n

Citizen stated that a small palm tree has been growing for years between the curb & the street. It is now causing damage to the curb & the street and the citizen would like it removed.

there is an electrical box with a missing cover that is creating a 10" hole that has already been tripped in. this is on 4th st north heading north bound between 6 - 7 ave north at the entrance to the alley.

In the alley behind the church there has been an open cave-in due to a sewer break for months. a barricade has been placed but no work has been done. the Alley is in need of reconstruction that can not be completed until this sewer issue is addressed.

There is a large hole filling with water where there is a sewer line. it is in the middle of an alley where there is sanitation pick up and a barricade cannot be placed over it.

The entire block from 24 Terrace N to 53 St N is all cracked and full of potholes.
